The Cities of Richland and Pasco want to know how their citizens envision local community media and cable TV service now and for the next 10-15 years. To find out, the cities are conducting an online survey.
 
This survey is part of Richland and Pasco’s cable franchise renewal process with Charter Communications. The survey will allow you to share opinions about future services that could be available to the two communities through the Charter cable system as well as your satisfaction levels with current services.

The survey is open to all residents, including non-cable subscribers.
