Tapteal Substation Outage March 7-8
The City of Richland Energy Services (RES) will take the Tapteal Substation offline for approximately eight hours from 11:00 p.m. Saturday, March 7 to 7:00 a.m. Sunday, March 8 to allow the Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) to conduct scheduled maintenance.
