The Strategic Plan Performance Dashboard, powered by Enviso, is designed to provide residents with transparent access to the city's strategic planning initiatives and outcomes. This interactive tool, available by clicking the link or image above, will serve as a key resource for tracking progress on the approved Strategic Plan for 2024-2026.

Updated quarterly, the dashboard reflects the findings from a comprehensive thirteen-month strategic planning process conducted from June 2022 to July 2023. This process involved extensive community engagement, including an environmental scan, community, and internal stakeholder surveys, focus groups, City Council interviews, and a SWOT analysis.

The resulting Strategic Plan focuses on five key priorities aimed at enhancing the quality of life for Richland residents:

1. High-Performance Government
2. Financial Sustainability
3. Focused Development
4. Quality of Life
5. Engaged Workforce

The dashboard will provide real-time updates on key outcome indicators and performance targets associated with each strategic priority. Residents can easily access information on how the city is measuring its progress, ensuring accountability, and fostering community engagement.
