The City of Richland makes every effort to create a positive website experience.

To ensure our web content is accessible for all users, we use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0.

The guidelines have three levels of conformance standards, A, AA, AAA. We have chosen Level AA as our target standard.
