Citywide Transportation Plan

The Citywide Transportation Plan was adopted by Council in January 2005. It is the first formal, multi-modal plan for the City's transportation system. The plan examines and addresses vehicular, bike and pedestrian facility needs within the city. Also included, are discussions on air, rail and ports. This document serves as a guide for transportation project selection, development and funding within the city.

General Sewer Plan

This 2015 General Sewer Plan Update provides the City of Richland with a planning tool that will allow for the orderly and fiscally responsible development and maintenance of its sewer system.

Irrigation Water System Plan

The City's Irrigation Water System Plan was completed in 2012. It identifies anticipated service growth demands and recommends capital improvements to support planned system expansions.
