Citywide Transportation Plan
The Citywide Transportation Plan was adopted by Council in January 2005. It is the first formal, multi-modal plan for the City's transportation system. The plan examines and addresses vehicular, bike and pedestrian facility needs within the city. Also included, are discussions on air, rail and ports. This document serves as a guide for transportation project selection, development and funding within the city.
