Citywide Transportation Plan

The Citywide Transportation Plan was adopted by Council in January 2005. It is the first formal, multi-modal plan for the City's transportation system. The plan examines and addresses vehicular, bike and pedestrian facility needs within the city. Also included, are discussions on air, rail and ports. This document serves as a guide for transportation project selection, development and funding within the city.

Comprehensive Water System Plan

The Comprehensive Water System Plan was updated in 2017. The purpose of the City’s WSP is to ensure a safe and reliable supply of water to current and future customers for the coming 20 year period.

Irrigation Water System Plan

The City's Irrigation Water System Plan was completed in 2012. It identifies anticipated service growth demands and recommends capital improvements to support planned system expansions.
