Activities
The Arts Commission supports City Council in encouraging and supporting art within Richland to improve the quality of life, strengthen economic development and revitalize the community. It is an advisory body to City Council and staff to provide expertise on visual and performing arts to enrich the cultural life of the community.
The Arts Commission asks the community to submit nominations annually to award one individual and one organization for the STAR award for their support of the Arts in Richland.
For more information on these annual awards, visit the STAR Award page.
