The fire prevention division oversees the enforcement of fire codes, new construction plan reviews, fire investigations, and public education activities designed to reduce hazard and risks throughout the community.

Our fire prevention division consists of a Deputy Fire Marshal and an Assistant Fire Marshal. This team inspects hundreds of buildings and properties each year.
