The City of Richland operates and maintains four irrigation systems; one in central Richland at Columbia Point; one in North Richland at Horn Rapids; one in North Richland at Smart Park; and one in Meadow Springs at the Heights of Meadow Springs. Any questions regarding either of these four systems may be directed to the Water Maintenance Division by calling (509) 942-7670.

In South Richland, residents are served by one of the following Irrigation Districts:

Columbia Irrigation District - (509) 586-6118

Kennewick Irrigation District - (509) 586-9111
