Our payment drop box is located in the west parking lot of City Hall (all payments must have account number or payment voucher attached). Online and over the phone payments are also available.

Any licensing and utility account maintenance may be handled over the phone or through e-mail. Please visit www.ci.richland.wa.us/myutilities for utility account e-forms, including starting and stopping utility service.

Non-utility payments can be made one of the following ways:

• Through your financial institutions bill payer
• Mailing a check with paystub and applicable documentation to Customer Service
• Dropping a payment in our payment drop box
• At the Customer Service office located at City Hall
