City of Richland Resolution No. 100-20 temporarily designates virtual locations for all municipal meetings until such time as Benton County moves into a phase of the Safe Start reopening plan that authorizes public gatherings and the opening of public facilities. 

This Planning Commission Workshop will meet remotely. Members of the public may access the Zoom meeting by dialing one of the phone numbers provided. Members of the public will be muted upon joining the meeting.
