Pursuant to Resolution No. 100-20, this meeting will be conducted remotely via Zoom and broadcast live on CityView Channel 192 and at ci.richland.wa.us. The meeting can also be viewed live on our website or YouTube Channel. 

Workshops are informal meetings of the Richland City Council that provide an opportunity for the City Council to receive and discuss information provided by the City Manager, staff or other officials. Formal action is not taken in the workshop setting. Please note that public participation is not a component of the City Council workshop. Members of the public may join the workshop in "listen-only" mode by dialing the numbers provided.
