City of Richland Resolution No. 100-20 temporarily designates virtual locations for all municipal meetings until such time as Benton County moves into a phase of the Healthy Washington - Roadmap to Recovery reopening plan that authorizes public gatherings and the opening of public facilities. This workshop will be conducted remotely via Zoom.
