City of Richland Resolution No. 100-20 temporarily designates virtual locations for all municipal meetings until such time as Benton County moves into a phase of the Safe Start reopening plan that authorizes public gatherings and the opening of public facilities. 

This City Council Special Workshop Meeting will meet remotely. Members of the public may access the Zoom meeting here or by dialing the phone number provided.

Please note that public participation is not a component of the City Council workshop setting. Members of the public will be muted upon joining the meeting.
