2021 SHORELINE MASTER PROGRAM PERIODIC UPDATE 
OPEN HOUSE NOTICE

The City of Richland is in the beginning stages of updating our Shoreline Master Program (SMP) as part of a periodic update required by the Shoreline Management Act (SMA). The SMP regulates land use activities within shoreline areas of the Yakima and Columbia Rivers and floodplains within the city limits. A virtual Open House will be held on December 9, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. to introduce the project to the public and to initiate public feedback.  All interested parties are encouraged to attend the virtual Open House to learn about the proposed changes.
