This meeting will accommodate virtual and in-person attendance. Those desiring to participate virtually are encouraged to join the meeting via Zoom using the information provided. 

If you are a virtual participant wishing to provide comments for the Public Comment portion of the meeting, please register by 4:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting. Only those virtual participants registered by the 4:00 p.m. deadline will be called upon to speak during the Public Comment portion of the meeting. Note: written public comment has been discontinued since meetings can once again be held in person.

Individuals attending the meeting in-person may offer comments during the Public Comment portion of the meeting at Richland City Hall.

Fully vaccinated meeting participants and attendees need not be masked.

The meeting will be broadcast live on CityView Channel 192, on the City's website, and on the City's YouTube Channel.
