City of Richland Resolution No. 100-20 temporarily designates virtual locations for all municipal meetings. This meeting will be conducted remotely via Zoom and broadcast live on CityView Channel 192, on the City's website, and on the City's YouTube Channel.      

If you wish to provide testimony for a Public Hearing item(s) or provide comments for the Public Comments portion of the Council meeting, please register by 4:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting. Only those who register by the deadline will be permitted to speak during the meeting.
