This meeting will accommodate virtual and in-person attendance. Those desiring to attend virtually are encouraged to join the meeting via Zoom using the information provided. The workshop will be broadcast live on CityView Channel 192 and at ci.richland.wa.us. The meeting can also be viewed live on our website or YouTube Channel. 

Workshops are informal meetings of the Richland City Council that provide an opportunity for City Council to receive and discuss information provided by the City Manager, staff, or other officials. Formal action is not taken in the workshop setting. Please note that public participation is not a component of the City Council workshop setting. Virtual attendees will be muted upon joining the meeting.
