This meeting will accomodate virtual and in-person attendance. Those desiring to participate virtually are encouraged to join the meeting via Zoom using the information provided. If you are a virtual participant wishing to provide comments for the Public Hearing and/or Public Comment portion of the meeting, please register by 4:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting. Only those virtual participants who register by the 4:00 p.m. deadline will be permitted to speak during the meeting. Individuals attending in-person may offer comments during the Public Hearing and/or Public Comment portion of the meeting at Richland City Hall.

The meeting will be broadcast live on CityView Channel 192 and on the City's website.
