City of Richland Resolution No. 100-20 temporarily designates virtual locations for all municipal meetings. This meeting will be conducted remotely via Zoom and broadcast live on CityView Channel 192, on the City's website, and on the City's YouTube Channel. 

Individuals may provide public testimony by using the online form or virtually during the meeting. Online comments may be submitted here by 4:00 p.m. on the date of the meeting. All comments will be provided to the Hearing Examiner as part of the official record.
