Introduction: All City of Richland facilities that are open to the public will delay opening until 10:00 am, tomorrow, Thursday, March 31 for an all-staff meeting.
All City of Richland facilities that are open to the public will delay opening until 10:00 am, tomorrow, Thursday, March 31 for an all-staff meeting. This includes the Richland City Hall, the Richland Community Center, the Richland Police Department's main office, the City Shops, and the Horn Rapids Landfill. All services will be available beginning at 10:00 a.m. Public Safety and emergency response services will continue to operate as normal. Customers can visit www.ci.richland.wa.us/myutilities to make a utility payment online or drop their payment in the drop box at the west end of City Hall.
