Individuals attending in person may offer comments during the Public Comment portion of the meeting at Richland City Hall. Public comments must not exceed more than 3 minutes. The public comment is not an opportunity for dialogue with commissioners or for asking questions with the expectation of an immediate answer. Many questions require an opportunity for information gathering and deliberation. For this reason, the Commission will accept comments but will not directly respond to comments, questions, or concerns during public comment. Records intended for Commission consideration must be given to the staff liaison assistant by 4:00 p.m. for distribution on the meeting day.
