Customer Service Requests 

Richland is a full service city and services Electric, Water, Sewer, Stormwater, Refuse and Ambulance utility service. 

Please allow 1-2 business days (excluding holidays) to process your request. All requests must be submitted a minimum of 1 business day prior to the desired start date.

 What maintenance request can we help you with?

For all residential customers establishing service at a residential property. For all commercial properties or businesses establishing service at a residential property. All citizens requesting to remove utilities from their name.

 

A copy of the recorded or notarized deed or lease agreement is required when requesting to establish services.

A copy of the recorded or notarized deed is required for owners to transfer utility service out of their name.
