Drop Box Commercial Collection

The City offers large container dumpster service by request. These large containers are available in 20 or 30 yard sizes. See Drop Box Service Fees for current rates. To initiate a Drop Box request, please first review and submit Richland's Drop Box Rental Agreement form. You may then use the Drop Box Order Form to electronically coordinate delivery of the Drop Box.

Commercial Landfill Account 

If you regularly haul refuse to the Horn Rapids Landfill, you can create a landfill credit account. To apply complete this online Credit Application.
