Using this form, you may order new, cancel existing, or submit repair requests to a recycling container, yard waste container, or a gray waste container. For missed pick-ups or to request an extra pick-up please call (509)942-7700. 

 

Each household is issued one yard waste container and one gray waste container. For fees associated with additional pick-ups and/or containers, please see our Residential Collection Fees.

 

Requests are processed in the order received and may take up to 3 business days to complete. ** Please note that requests for lid repairs may be delayed due to workload or delays in shipments. If your request has not been completed in 3 days, please call (509) 942-7700 for an update.**
